Hi, I’m Chabely Sharlyn Rodriguez, founder of CSR Tax Services.
I’m a proud Queens native, a Dominican-American, and a first-generation, woman-owned business owner now residing in Nassau County, Long Island.
My journey into finance didn't start in a corporate boardroom—it started from a place of survival. Growing up in public housing and losing my parents at a young age, I was forced to fend for myself early on. With no blueprint for personal finance or wealth building, I experienced firsthand the stress, confusion, and vulnerability of navigating the financial system alone. Let’s just say I know a thing or two about living “paycheck-to-paycheck”
I chose to study finance because I refused to let my background dictate my future. My interest in financial literacy stemmed from a deep, personal desire to break generational curses and claim financial independence. Today, I use that exact same drive to protect, build, and optimize the wealth of my clients.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Brooklyn College (2021) and am currently completing my MBA in Finance at Stony Brook University (Spring 2027). Combining my academic grounding with my corporate managerial background, I don’t just file forms—I help you keep more money in your pocket, wipe out your debt, launch your business, and build a trusting foundation so you can experience true peace of mind..
What started in 2021 as a side venture while defining my career goals has grown into an enjoyable purpose. Now in my 6th year as a Registered Tax Preparer, I continue to grow alongside my clients as they build their dream life. Whether you are navigating changes in marital status, welcoming dependents, shifting income, or acquiring new assets, I am here to support you through every life transition. Year after year, I am genuinely excited to celebrate your milestones and accomplishments with care, interest and dedication.

Personal Assets & Diversified Interests
When I am not behind a laptop, you can find me nurturing my creativity through DIY projects around my home. Otherwise, I am tapping into my “joymaxing budget” for experiences that enrich my life. For me, that means checking out a new coffee shop, attending live concerts, traveling to new places, networking at community events, and enjoying "girl dinners" with my closest friends. It’s a simple life but above all, my highest-yielding personal investments are the quiet moments spent recharging with a good book on my Kindle, taking long walks in local parks, and spending cherished quality time with my family - specifically my goddaughter.
Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know me. I can't wait to meet you and officially be deemed your “tax lady”!
—Ciao,
